SHIPPING POLICY
1. About delivery
Tavorexalin is an online women's clothing store. This policy explains the general delivery process for orders placed through tavorexalin.com.
2. Where we deliver
The destinations currently available for an order are shown in the delivery-address and checkout steps. An address or country cannot be selected for delivery unless that destination is supported by the store's current shipping setup. We do not promise worldwide delivery unless that option is clearly offered for the particular order.
3. Shipping prices
Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before the customer completes checkout and is included in the final total. If more than one delivery method is available, the price for each option is shown during checkout. We do not charge an undisclosed shipping fee after an order is placed.
4. Processing and estimated delivery
The applicable delivery estimate is shown with the product or during checkout before the order is finalised. Actual delivery can depend on the destination, the product ordered, and delivery conditions. If an agreed delivery date cannot be met, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, the statutory delivery rules apply, including the general requirement to deliver within 30 days after the contract is concluded. If we fail to deliver within the required period, the customer has the remedies provided by consumer law.
5. Shipment and delivery problems
If a parcel is late, missing, arrives damaged, or the delivery details appear incorrect, please contact info@tavorexalin.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and help arrange the legally required next steps. The risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with us until the customer or a designated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
6. International orders
If checkout offers delivery outside the Netherlands or the European Union, additional customs procedures, duties, or import taxes may be relevant. Any applicable charges and responsibility for paying them must be communicated as required before purchase. Available shipping destinations and prices take precedence over general statements on the website.
7. Returns and shipping
Shipping a new order is different from sending an item back. The conditions for withdrawing from a purchase, recovering original delivery charges, and returning an item are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
