These terms apply to purchases made through our website and to the use of the website. You can review them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights of consumers under applicable Dutch or EU law.

We sell women's clothing, including items such as dresses, blouses, skirts, trousers, and cardigans. Each product page provides information about the item offered. Please read the product description and the available size and care details before ordering.
We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings can affect how images and colours appear. Any important product characteristics, including fabric composition where relevant, should be checked against the information shown on the specific product page.
4. Prices and ordering
The applicable product price, currency, taxes, and any delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. We will show the total amount payable before you place an order. No additional charge will be added without the disclosure and consent required by law.
When you place an order, we will provide an electronic confirmation of the purchase and the relevant order information. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
5. Payments
The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by an authorised payment-service provider. Please follow the instructions on the checkout page. We do not ask customers to send payment-card details by email.
6. Delivery
The delivery destinations available for your order, the applicable delivery charges, and the delivery estimate are provided before purchase. Delivery times may differ according to destination and product availability. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Unless another delivery time is agreed with you, we must deliver within the period required by law, generally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is delayed, you have the rights provided by applicable consumer law. The risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with us until you or a person designated by you physically receives the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
7. Your right to withdraw
If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days after receiving your goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. You can tell us that you wish to withdraw by writing to info@tavorexalin.com. Any withdrawal function made available on the website is an additional way to exercise this right. You do not need our permission to give valid notice of withdrawal.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
Products must meet the description and the reasonable expectations that apply under consumer law. If an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not conform to the sales contract, contact info@tavorexalin.com with your order details and an explanation of the problem. Where legally required, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, without charging you costs that we are required to cover.
Your statutory rights are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period. We do not claim that the statutory guarantee ends after a fixed 14-day period.
